Trilliums at the Cottage

This was one of my first serious attempts at watercolors. It was painted on Windsor and newton paper (size 8 by 10). I also used Windsor and Newton paints for students. I was working with a friend who is an accomplished artist. The thing I found most difficult was the log. It actually turned out to be the part I liked best. I would appreciate a critique on this. I have now retired and have been doing more watercolors. Thank you for this opportunity.
