I want to paint and am learning to shade my drawings. This drawing was from a study of negative space using simple forms of a subject to determine proportions the same way Bob teaches in his drawing tutorials. The idea is to use the shapes to construct the overall form, erase for light lines, then do a contour drawing. I went further and practiced shading.
Your honest feedback will be greatly appreciated (don't spare my feelings).
P.S. - Bob, thanks for the Christmas present and everything else you've provided on this website
