Storing left over oils

I put my excess oil paint on a piece of palate paper and then inside a plastic box.(doesn't have to be large)

This then goes into my freezer.Sometimes I have more than one canvas in the making and so I mark the box. This works well so that when I get to the studio the paints have "defrosted" by the time I'm ready to paint.
I have left paint in the freezer for a few weeks without any problem.
