Elk River

16x20 canvas, acrylics. There is something I am not satisfied with but I hate I can't figure out what. It did take me forever to paint the water, I wanted to share the blue greens it has and serenity of the river and wildlife is always changing from many varieties of ducks to turkeys, deer and such.

Because I was afraid I would not remember some things I took some pic's to use as ref. of a river close by called Elk River here in Athens, AL. (USA) . I love visiting there. It constantly changes.
