This is a great idea

A lot of times those sevenday pill containers would be perfect for a watercolor palette -- easy enough to just use them with the tubes. I used to have one and didn't even think of it but it'd have been perfect for carrying a few colors. They sealed well as I recall.

You can sometimes get them free from the doctor because the pharmaceutical companies give them to doctors as samples when they come in to sell their particular products. It'll have some drug name on it that has no relation to anything you actually take, but that's nothing since you got it free.

Fantastic idea, I'll give this a go, there are so many sizes in these pill containers, there would be one to suit all artists. Many thanks.

I have got some of these pots too, I bought them in Boots chemist for £2.10p each, I did use them first for acrylic paints but they dried out I will try again with the acrylics and spray them with water. now I have seen this I may buy more and use them as suggested for watercolour
