Pinewoods

by H. Dunlap

Watercolor - 140 Lb cold press paper - 9 X 12 inches

Trying to achieve a look of pine trees. The green colors were the most challenging. I was most pleased with the look of the pines. I would add more darks if I were going to do the painting again.

I love the composition and the simplcity of your painting . I too love pine trees especially living in Canada . They stay green and I love them for that . I love there boldness so don't hestiate to make them darker .I use Terre Verte.

Can You Get A Close Up of This?
by: Bob

Hi,

Are you able to take a close up picture of this? I tried cropping the image above and re-sizing it but it was too blurred. If you can take a closer picture simply submit it again (in the same way you submitted this one, only without any description) and I'll replace on this page. Regards, Bob.

Looks like a very pleasing watercolour unfortunately be cause of the size it cannot be viewed well

Could you go back into your progam and crop the picture to enlarge it and repost?
