Oil Painting Tutorial
The President's Putt - Part 3

This oil painting tutorial is the third and concluding part of the creation of 'The President's Putt'. This was a commissioned oil painting for the retiring President of a local golf club and it shows him putting out (to win the match?) on the 18th green.

I thought it might be helpful to see how I went about building the painting from blank canvas to the finished article and to show what a forgiving medium oils can be if you need to change things in mid-stream. As I did on more than one occasion!
