Mehmet Yigit

My son.

My son.

65x50 cm. watercolor I used Daler Rowney watercolor mediums and same marked brushes. For the paper I used Canson 300 gr.

Mehmet Yigit is my son. When I made his sister's picture(Eda-in this portrait gallery). He was a bit sad :)) So I decided also to make his watercolor portrait...

I always do my paintworks with full of love and overflow... And also a bit stress and adrenalin will be good... I always talk with my paintworks when I create them. I think I am a bit crazy... For understanding this I submitted this watercolor portrait paintwork a bit bigger than always... Sorry Bob forgive me please... I think the best way to tell the paintworks is to show it... Am I not right?

Another thing; For making a good paintwork it is absolutely to have a clear spirit like a crystal... For this you must read holy books like Bible(old or new)or Qoran) Novadays I am reading "Mesnevi" from Mevlana Jelaleddin Rumi. He has lived 800 years ago in the middle Anatolia. And Unesco says this (2007) year is Mevlana year... Mevlana is a Love philosopher guy...
Quality mediums is important ok but the most important thing is to entering another dimension... I know I am not an artist but I am sure that excellent artists are always living in that another dimension... Don't believe? Ask to Bob...

I wish you all a very happy new year... Let your brushes be stronger in the new year.

Hi,

You have made a super portrait of your son like Mops said if only I was 30, 30 or even 40 years younger :)

Well Done,

Dorothy

Well Adnan, you were certainly in another dimension when you painted this portrait of your son. Strong, positive, colorful, very appealing.
Now,if I were only 20.....30.....40....well, maybe 50 years younger.....:o)
