Painting Red Wharf Bay - Part 3



This is the third in this series of 'learn to paint with acrylics' tutorials. The landscape picture is of a harbor-side scene at Red Wharf Bay in Anglesey, an island off the North Wales coast.

In this final instalment, we complete the main areas and start to add highlights and details. We also see the versatility of acrylics as paint is applied thickly to foreground areas to create rocks.

Look out as well for some great tips on easily creating curved ropes and straight masts without difficulty....!
