protecting the drawing
by: jeff

I use a jersey glove and cut off the index, middle, and thumb so as to be able to hold the pencil, while drawing. because the rest of my hand is covered I can gently move my hand around without leaving oils on the paper.

Always have traceing paper available to cover the part your not working on or learn to work off of an easel, which i wish i had learned to do in the beginning! Now i find it awkward to work on an easel but i'm not giving up as practise makes perfect, right? Right!! Thanks. Me
