Hidden Depths

This picture is totally concept and from my own imagination. I used a 2b and a 4b Derwent pencil and used a technique i call wrist flicking to create the foliage amongst the branches. It is far from perfect in any way but i was pleased with the results this was my first real attempt at drawing a scene with the main focus on trying to capture light and depth of field. and it was the one that got me hooked and wanted to do more. The size is A3 on plain white paper nothing special just the average drawing pad. All comments and criticism welcome

Love it!

Hi George! I love your sketch! I love the sharpness of the lines and the perspective is great! This is a beautiful drawing. Pencil art is my favorite, and this is a really great piece! The only thing I would say is that the one end on the right is lower than the other, but that is very minuscule. Again, I repeat, this is a beautiful sketch!
