FROZEN

This is a 16x20 oil on canvas board done from a photo I had taken. I did this painting as I also belong to another painting site which has a monthly project.

The project for January was to do a painting using only 3 colours,yellow,blue,and burnt sienna plus white.

However I did this painting using only blue,sienna plus white.I remember how cold and threatening the sky was and the wind blowing snow across the bay. I like the painting but would have done the clouds a little lighter if I were to do it again.
