Flowers - spring time

Its spring

I felt so inspired after my first painting was accepted, and received such nice comments that I felt ready to try some thing a little harder. So! here goes. Flowers snowdrops and fuchias are my favourite flowers as they remind me of my nana who passed away a few years ago, and the snowdrop is a reminder of spring and hot sunny weather to come. I think that after 8 weeks of practising which is how long I've been using watercolours I'm starting to get the hang of the paints and techniques.
