Blotting with a tissue, great effects!

After painting an area over an already dry one, wait until the layer is just barely dry. Spritz very lightly with water, then lay a tissue over the wet paint and blot. You can put some pressure on it and rub a large area, or just tap it here and there. It makes some very happy accidents!
