This is one of the ships I sailed in-in the 1960's

- size is 15"x 22" done with artisan water soluble paints.

the ship was called "asphalion" and belonged to the blue funnel line sailing out of liverpool .
sadly the fleet no longer exists.

Hi Dave,

Love your painting especially the perspective. It reminded me of when I saw the dynamic launch of "HMS Daring" on the Clyde a year or so ago. Just looking up at the size of the vessel was quite awe inspiring.

What was this ship called I cannot read the name?
