Another good way to keep paint from drying out too quickly

I find that using an empty Huggies wet wipe travel box is excellent! It is quite flat and has a lid which of course keeps those wipes moist for a long time. They are not too big at all. I put in the wet tissue paper and waxed paper like Bob showed us and because the box is specially made to keep the contents moist, your paint will not dry out for days and days.

keeping paint from drying out.

Instead of using wet paper towels under the wax paper or baking parchment paper. I found using the wet wipes made of cloth and a little more water works very well and lasts longer then the towels. Also cheaper in the long run. you don't need as many. Great for cleaning up, as you go as well.

making changes
by: Marion

The other day I made a few changes to a painting but before I put paint to canvas I put a piece of glass over it and painted on that first, I liked the result so went on to make the final change. Now my painting looks so much better, all thanks to you my painting friends.
