Alone in Ripples

Hi..im lipi and this was my 1st painting on any bird when i was 14 yrs ...its a mixture of pencil sckeching and watercolour. I used simple cartridge paper for this painting..length= 300mm breadth=250mm.

First i drew the bird..(god knows which bird is this..sure..its not a crane)after finishing the sketch and the shading i took cerulean and perssian blue for the sky.and then the water..i wasnt happy with the background (specially that watery leaky sky which was getting inside the bird)but i just loved the water and its reflection..and i really had gr8 fun to make that..
